Grain Free Bircher Bowl

Updated: Oct 17, 2023

This bowl is filling, satisfying, easy to make, transportable, nutrient dense and because it's dairy free & gluten free it's also friendly for a lot of food intolerances. Safe to say, there's lots to love about having this bowl for breakfast!

It's also made on a base of my absolute favourite seeds including chia seeds, flaxseed and hemp seeds. You can learn more about what's to love about these seeds in particular here.

If you're intolerant to gluten, dairy and seeds and want help in understanding why and what you can do about it, please get in touch. You can start by booking a Complimentary 15 Minute Consultation (virtual).

Otherwise, I hope you enjoy this Grain Free Bircher Bowl!
